Dear beloved friends.
It’s with deep sadness and sorrow I write this. This night the little 3 year old boy died from his burns.
The doctors did everything to safe him but in vain.
Torkild had already been told by the doctor Friday, when he visited, that they were afraid of loosing him, since his burns were much more severe than first thought.
However, hard this must be. We do believe it’s better for him not to suffer any more.
The father who’s our guard has just been here. He’s so full of sorrow, but feels it’s better for his son this way. His big worry naturally is if his wife and little daughter will survive.
The funeral will be tomorrow Tuesday. They’ll drive him to the Masai land, so he can be buried close to his home, which is their tradition.
We’re of course helping in all ways, and will be assisting together with all our workers at the funeral.
Please, help us praying for the mother and daughter, who are still in critical situations. Thank you and God bless you.
